Our full-time positions allow for a hybrid work setting, predominantly remote, with the opportunity to meet clients in our outpatient office located in Radford, Virginia. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patients' needs. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology, supporting seamless telehealth services and in-person consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, providing therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups, creating a space for peer support and community engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care and ensure holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available resources, fostering an understanding of treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Virginia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy across diverse populations.

• Strong ethical foundation, sound judgment, and adherence to professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience, especially in outpatient settings, and specialization in specific mental health issues will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
