Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure teletherapy technology, ensuring a safe environment for client discussions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Proven experience in providing mental health therapy, with a strong understanding of various modalities and client-focused treatment approaches.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a particular emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
