Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy or in-person, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Our counseling center serves a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents dealing with mental health issues ranging from everyday stressors to severe psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Exhibits empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings and proficiency in delivering therapy through various modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a track record of successful client outcomes are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
