As a remote role with an outpatient office facility, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a cohesive team. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate varying patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider each patient's unique cultural and personal experiences to inform treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting them to the specific needs of individual patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health challenges while promoting resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to each patient's care.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for patients in emergency situations, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions focused on cultural competency and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, supplemented by cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering therapy in a culturally responsive manner, with demonstrated success in both individual and group settings.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and an ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for building rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
