Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in New Jersey, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates should have a clean licensing history with no disciplinary actions.

• Applicants should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills along with a sympathetic nature.

• Proficient computer literacy, with experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health records preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. We provide weekly direct deposits to ensure timely access to earned compensation.
