Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families, particularly those facing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and collaborate with clients to develop initial treatment and discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by the client’s treatment goals and needs.

• Continuously evaluate treatment efficacy and modify care plans to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions in accordance with facility protocols and professional ethical standards.

• Manage a designated caseload effectively while prioritizing and delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Serve clients across the lifespan, adapting therapeutic interventions to the specific needs of adults, children, and adolescents.

• Educate clients and families about mental health and work to dispel common fears and misconceptions.

• Proactively address client concerns and complaints, ensuring all patients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Candidates must possess or be eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The candidate should have a minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, with specific expertise in adolescent and family therapy preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
