In this position, you will work in a flexible remote setting that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes, as well as occasionally at our outpatient facility. The role includes a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient demands. Our team collaborates closely, ensuring that despite the remote nature of work, you remain connected to a network of dedicated professionals who value collaboration and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients through video or telephone consultations, applying evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on the unique challenges presented by each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, effectively communicating client progress and treatment adjustments during case consultations.

• Host educational workshops for clients and their families, providing essential information on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote a supportive healing environment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new findings and techniques into our practice to enhance the quality of care.

The clients served at Bend Psychosocial Counseling Center come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, often navigating complex mental health issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals as they confront and manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each participant in your caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
