Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions, preferences, and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing a compassionate and solution-focused approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring a well-structured practice.
