Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those from immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and culturally responsive therapy practices.

• Prior experience providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in urgent situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with diverse individuals.

• Competence with electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
