Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a vibrant and diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPC/MHSP in the state of Tennessee.

• Thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapies, with a keen focus on cultural competence.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that integrates culturally responsive methods tailored to diverse client needs.

• Strong abilities in crisis intervention, demonstrating composure and effective decision-making in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated computer applications for patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling or therapy, ideally within a multicultural setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
