Culture of Care Counseling Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists—specifically licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)—to join our dedicated team. This full-time remote position plays a vital role in our outpatient practice, providing essential mental health support to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

While this position offers the flexibility of remote work, our therapists engage in regular virtual meetings and collaborative sessions with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Through telehealth platforms and our electronic health record (EHR) systems, you’ll have the tools necessary to deliver effective therapy from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand each client's unique needs and create tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Organize and facilitate support groups that promote psychoeducation, enabling patients to connect with others facing similar challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Respond to mental health emergencies with crisis intervention and emotional support.
\n
• Educate patients about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation following legal, ethical, and organizational standards using EHR software.

• Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders and therapeutic frameworks, and experience in implementing varied treatment modalities.

• Proven capability to perform thorough mental health assessments and articulate comprehensive treatment planning.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients empathetically.

• Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries is essential.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
