Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort with conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and tracking student progress
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and cultural competence when working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ speech and language development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
