Salary: $135 - 175k with profit sharing, 401k match and benefits

Travel up to 30-40% between Washington, Southern California and Juarez, Mexico

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee multi-site manufacturing operations across the Western U.S. and Mexico. The company designs and manufactures custom commercial outdoor products used in hospitality, multifamily, architectural, and large-scale commercial environments. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, improving manufacturing processes, supporting Plant Managers, and helping scale operations across multiple facilities. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing sites
• Lead and support Plant Managers and site leadership teams
• Improve production flow, efficiency, and operational performance
• Help standardize processes and procedures across facilities
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and cost-control efforts
• Partner with quality, safety, engineering, and production teams
• Support capacity planning and operational growth initiatives
• Ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently
• Review operational metrics and reporting to improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
• Strong multi-site manufacturing leadership background
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
• NetSuite ERP experience is a major plus
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing Plant Managers and production teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment
