We're looking for a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new grads welcome with strong ortho interest)
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and manual therapy skills
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, joint injuries, fractures, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
- Develop customized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functional performance
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Track patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs
