Property Manager

Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties Manage vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure properties are operating efficiently Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements within budget Monitor building systems including HVAC, roofing, utilities, and common areas Review invoices, operational expenses, and vendor agreements Assist with annual budgeting and financial reporting Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring a high level of service Support leasing activity, tenant renewals, and occupancy initiatives as needed Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours property emergencies What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or construction management Strong understanding of commercial building operations and maintenance Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Ability to work independently and take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
