Billing Coordinator

Paradigm Tax Group is a national property tax consulting firm with over 30 offices. The firm provides a full range of property tax assessment and tax management services to commercial, industrial, multi-residential and special purpose property owners and taxpayers. Job Description Other duties than listed below may be assigned to meet business needs: Process client billing Make billing adjustments to client accounts as needed Maintain customer file maintenance as needed Communication with internal employees & external customers Process cash receipts Maintain customer files as needed Other accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Works well in a team environment Able to work with a diverse group of people Over time is expected 4 year degree is preferred but not required 2-4 years’ experience in customer billing Intermediate understanding of excel, basic understanding on all other Microsoft Office applications Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
