Workplace Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Lead to oversee caf and pantry operations across multiple office sites. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations who are comfortable managing people, inventory, and service delivery at a high level. The individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality workplace services while supporting day-to-day operations and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across 12 assigned sites within a broader portfolio of workplace locations
• Supervise and support a team of porters (typically 45 per site), ensuring service standards are met
• Conduct routine inspections of caf, pantry, and common areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality
• Manage inventory, including placing orders, tracking usage, and validating deliveries
• Ensure food and beverage service is consistently executed at a high standard
• Support workplace events, including planning logistics, coordinating setup, and overseeing execution
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure workplace services align with employee needs and expectations
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and overall experience

Qualifications

• 36+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, restaurant operations, or workplace services
• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Strong operational mindset with experience managing inventory, ordering, and service execution
• Ability to manage multiple sites or priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Mature, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of site-level operations
