As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical products according to process guidelines and quality standards. This role includes training co-workers, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality through audits and rework.

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical products according to process guidelines and quality standards. This role includes training co-workers, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality through audits and rework.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble basic to complex products following documentation, prints, and bills of materials.
- Use soldering techniques (IPC certified) and troubleshoot/rework products as needed.
- Train and instruct co-workers on assembly methods.
- Maintain clean work areas to 5S standards.
- Assist in developing and improving Standardized Work documentation.
- Perform product audits and manage in-house calibration and maintenance of equipment.
- Operate mechanical/electrical assembly tools and equipment.
- Follow safe working practices and company policies.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on gas detection equipment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and math aptitude.
- Proficient in reading prints and process documentation.
- Knowledge of electrical principles, including ESD and surface mount technology.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Minimum 1 year of production assembly experience.
