Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 23 years as Vice President of a packaging, trucking, and warehousing company, bringing decades of leadership and business experience into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, have been married for more than 36 years, and am a proud parent of four. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and horseback riding. Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support organizations including the Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, 18 paid days off each year, licensing reimbursement, no weekend work, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in working hard while making sure our team has time to enjoy life outside of the office. Our culture is positive, professional, and team-oriented. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
