Position Overview

Are you a people person with a passion for building relationships and growing a business? Our insurance office is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to be the face of our agency in the community. If you're outgoing, social media-savvy, and love networking, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, local businesses, and community partners
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote our services
• Organize and attend community events to increase brand awareness
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Represent our office professionally in networking groups and local organizations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in marketing, customer service, or business development preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to networking and outreach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
