ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 23 years as Vice President of a packaging, trucking, and warehousing company, bringing decades of leadership and business experience into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, have been married for more than 36 years, and am a proud parent of four. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and horseback riding.

Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support organizations including the Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
