Assistant Clinic Director - RN, Paramedic, NREMT-IV POSITION TITLE: Assistant Clinic Director STATUS: Exempt This position reports to the Clinic Director, Regional Director, and Owner. Managing day-to-day operations, staff accountability, and client experience. The organization values an organized, detail-oriented self-starter seeking a management role in our functional health care clinic. Essential Functions Administer and monitor clients’ treatment and well-being including starting IVs, running fluids, and seeing clients through their services from beginning to end. Responsible for managing staff, tracking, disciplinary documentation, and reporting directly to the Clinic Director. Document interactions and communication with clients regarding therapy services, assessment, and responses/reactions to treatment. Demonstrate compliance with professional standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards. Lead and influence staff through motivation, education, and leveraging industry strengths to align with corporate goals. Maintain and create trust and respect between team members and clients quickly and effectively. Monitor and report staff issues or non‑compliance to direct supervisors. Lead performance management activities with all staff members through example behavior. Motivate the team with a commitment to positivity, acting positively and instilling passion in the work environment. Assist in conflict resolution management. Complete training for nutrition and infusion therapies. Exemplify and maintain standards related to culture and ethical behavior. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current license. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical practice functions. 2 years minimum of vascular access or infusion experience. 2 years minimum of leadership or management experience. Skills: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, customer service, patient confidentiality, applied leadership, multi‑tasking, excellent training skills, self‑motivation, self‑management, problem‑solving, interpersonal, time management, independent judgment, resilience, perseverance, organization, patient care, flexibility. Physical Activities and Requirements TALKING: Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly. AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average conversations. REPETITIVE MOTION: Requires typing continuously throughout the day and using a mouse. FINGER DEXTERITY: Uses hands to type and maneuver a mouse. PROXIMAL VISION: Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus with 20/20 vision (with or without eyeglasses/contacts). PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted. Must stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for long periods. Working Conditions This position will work eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends required. General clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting. Mental Activities and Requirements Reasoning ability: Deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization and be decisive. Mathematics ability: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units using whole numbers and common fractions.
