EMT or Paramedic (Clinic Manager)

Medcor is looking to hire a full‑time EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager in our employer‑based occupational health clinic in Aurora, CO. The role requires Monday‑through‑Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm hours and offers $30.00–$33.00 per hour. Why Work at Medcor Stability – we’ve been around since 1984. Responsibilities Provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling. Manage clinic operations and collaborate with client stakeholders (health, safety, environmental, HR, benefits) and Medcor leadership. Deliver patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Return‑to‑Work program support, treatment plan monitoring, and OSHA record keeping. Work closely with outside medical providers. Administer health service functions and daily clinic operations. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols). Build and maintain internal team relationships. Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts. Collaborate with client professionals in health safety and environmental practices. Collaborate with client HR and benefits professionals on clinic issues. Document and manage information using electronic medical records and other tools. Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Perform physical assessment tests (PATs). Manage case management. Maintain OSHA record keeping. Qualifications Operational leadership of a clinic team. Valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and technology skills, familiar with EMR software. Physical strength to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for people and delivering the best care. Ability to have fun. Preferred Experience Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience.
