Help Desk II

Overview We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide Level I/II technical support in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping maintain a stable and reliable IT environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a hands-on support role. Responsibilities Provide Level I/II technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system Assist with user account administration and routine IT maintenance tasks Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures Support IT projects and other assigned initiatives as needed Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused service to end users Qualifications Experience providing Level I/II help desk or desktop support in a professional environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of Active Directory user administration Experience configuring and supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS and Android) Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively in a team environment Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
