A well-established property management company in North Fresno is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their accounting team. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting functions for multiple entities within the property management portfolio. This position works closely with the Controller and plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end reporting.

• Maintain general ledgers for multiple entities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close

• Track and record property-related income and expenses

• Assist with financial reporting and internal reporting needs

• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with the Controller on accounting processes and improvements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Experience handling full-cycle bookkeeping or multiple accounting functions

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple entities or accounts simultaneously

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus, but not required
