Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Match invoices to receiving documents.
- Evaluate assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
- Post invoices into the computer system.
- Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies.
- File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
- Handle inquiries from vendors.
- Maintain A/P system records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a periodic basis.
- Provide a wide variety of customer service for Executives and Operations.
- Experience using Kronos Workforce Ready preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for handling inquiries and providing customer service.
- Proficient in maintaining A/P system records and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with a pay range from $20 to $22 per hour.
