We’re partnering with a well‑established construction company to identify a reliable and detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting employees through timely and accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly or biweekly payroll for construction employees
- Review timesheets and ensure hours, rates, and deductions are accurate
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll reporting and month‑end support
- Respond to payroll‑related questions from employees and internal teams
- Support compliance with company policies and basic labor requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of payroll experience; construction experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping software
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Able to work onsite and manage deadlines in a busy environment
