Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for payment approval
- Prepare and schedule payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and update payment information as needed
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status and payment inquiries

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role
- Proficiency with Famous software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
