The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical services, faculty oversight, graduate medical education, quality and safety, and academic advancement. This hands-on leadership role demands a physician with a passion for high-quality, patient-centered emergency care, who can work closely with faculty, residents, nursing, and hospital leadership to enhance clinical operations, grow the residency program, and expand academic and research initiatives. The Chair will also be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with academic partners and ensuring the Department's alignment with institutional goals.
