Break down complex projects into tasks and deliver projects on time. Ability to dig into logs and code when problems arise. Requirements Experience building and leading a successful software engineering team. Setting strategic goals to help your team reach its goals. Writing multi-threaded applications. Experience developing multi-threaded, object oriented, high‑scale code powering full stack web applications. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
