We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Lot Attendant who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that truly makes an impact.Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — NO WEEKENDSEnjoy a consistent weekday schedule that allows for work-life balance while building a meaningful career.Position OverviewThe Lot Attendant works closely with the General Manager and Service Team to maintain the appearance of vehicles inside the showroom and on the lot, prepare vehicles for sale and delivery, support rental operations, and assist technicians with light mechanical tasks.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and supporting a fast-paced automotive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle & Lot ManagementMaintain vehicle appearance in the showroom and on the lot to the highest standardsPerform Post Delivery Inspections (PDI) on newly received vansPrepare vehicles for customer delivery (cleaning and detailing as needed)Clean rental vehicles upon return and reinstall seats, tie-downs, etc.Ensure vehicles are cleaned and fueled as neededTake photos of vehicles for the website and ensure proper window stickers, Buyer’s Guides, and warranty materials are displayedMove vehicles between locations or to customer homes as neededShop & Facility SupportMaintain cleanliness of showroom, offices, restrooms, shop area, and parking lotHelp clean and organize the shop and parts storage areasAssist with inventory countsPick up parts and store supplies as neededProvide weekly mileage updates on in-stock vehiclesTechnical & Operational SupportAssist technicians with minor repair work and installationsPerform “Superior Service” on incoming vehicles as neededFollow Company and NMEDA standardsMaintain accurate records related to repair, installation, and maintenance workWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required (additional education a plus)Automotive dealership experience preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license with a good driving recordStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with strong customer service skillsDependable and punctualEffective communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in shop and outdoor environmentsAbility to lift and move heavy parts and toolsComfortable working in moderate outdoor elements and occasional high noise environmentsStrong manual dexterity and ability to maintain visual focus for extended periodsWhy Work at Superior Van & Mobility?Monday–Friday schedule, 8–5 — NO WEEKENDSBe part of a mission-driven company that changes livesStable, growing industryTeam-oriented cultureOpportunity to learn automotive and mobility equipment skillsIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high standards, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of the Superior Van & Mobility team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
