HR Generalist Analyst

ARAMARK is seeking an HR Generalist Analyst to support HR operations across our accommodation and food services teams. In this role, you will manage HR data, generate reports, and support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, benefits, performance, and employee relations. You'll help ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws while partnering with managers to resolve issues. Working in Aramark's service-driven culture, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, support training and engagement initiatives, and provide insights that enhance workforce planning and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze HR data to produce accurate reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
• Assist with benefits, leave administration, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Support performance management, training, and engagement initiatives across locations.
• Partner with managers in accommodation and food services operations to address workforce needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and data quality using a continuous improvement mindset.
