• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8-hour shifts
• 18 patients per day minimum required
• 10 patients per 4-hour clinic session
• Rural Health / FQHC outpatient setting
• Mixed pediatric and adult population -- infants through geriatric
• Chronic pain management experience required
• 3 years of primary care experience required (FP/UC)
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
