The Telehealth Neurologist provides specialized neurological care through remote consultation services for incarcerated adult patients within the Harris County Jail. This part‑time role involves conducting virtual evaluations and managing a range of neurological conditions such as seizures, headaches, neuropathies, and movement disorders using secure video platforms. The Neurologist collaborates closely with on‑site nursing staff and primary care providers to deliver timely, evidence‑based recommendations that support continuity of care in a correctional environment. Minimum Qualifications Degrees/School Education Doctor of Medicine: M.D. or D.O. Licenses & Certifications Texas Medical Board: Must hold a valid Texas license to practice medicine and be registered as a physician in the State of Texas. Must meet all credential criteria. Board‑certified Adult Neurologist: Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neurology Fellowship Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA): Must remain active throughout your employment.
