What You'll Do:

You'll be a key part of our operations team, supporting title examiners and helping keep files moving smoothly from start to finish:

• Open new title files and accurately enter order details.
• Monitor and manage incoming order emails and respond promptly.
• Prepare and update CPLs and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs).
• Send out title orders and coordinate supporting documentation.
• Prepare seller-side title documents for outgoing files.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and lenders to keep everyone informed.
• Assist with front desk and phones as needed we work as a team.

• Prior title, lending, or real estate experience is a plus but we will train the right person.
