Job Title: Technical Writer - Commercial Banking Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion) Location: Mesa, AZ (Hybrid) Primary Skills/Experience: Technical Procedure Writing Style Guides Procedure writing Desktop Level Procedure Writing Nice to have: Control Documentation Control, Creation and Management Procedure Writing Extensive knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools. Experience with using and applying writing style and standards. Experience with applying style guides. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of nCino, LoanIQ, Copilot prompting, and RelationshipView would be beneficial.
