Job Summary
We are looking for a Principal Program Manager with experience to drive program execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires working closely with senior leadership and managing large-scale programs.

Work closely with CIO, CFO, and business stakeholders
Prepare executive decks, reports, and steering committee updates
Drive program governance and status tracking
Manage multiple programs/workstreams
Identify risks/issues and ensure resolution
Use data, dashboards, and insights for decision-making
Align technology, business, and finance teams
Requirements
20+ years of experience in Program Management
Experience handling large-scale programs and multiple teams
Strong experience with senior stakeholders (C-level)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Agile or structured delivery models
Hands-on in reporting, dashboards, and executive communication
