About the Role
The Company is in search of a Group Vice President for Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Developer Experience. This executive will be at the forefront of leading a global organization that is pivotal in defining and executing the company's cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, operations, SRE, developer experience, and FinOps strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the modernization of cloud platforms, establishing scalable and secure systems, and driving operational excellence in service reliability, availability, and performance. A key aspect of the role is to lead the Developer Experience organization, creating capabilities that enhance engineering productivity and partnering with product engineering to simplify software delivery. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, cloud engineering, operations, SRE, platform engineering, or developer experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading global teams, deep expertise in cloud platforms, and a strong background in organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing leaders, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and be adept at strategic partnership and executive influence. The position demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to balance innovation with cost optimization, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in engineering effectiveness and developer productivity.
