Required Skills:
- Proven experience in loading and unloading shipments
- Ability to safely handle and move various types of products
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and stacking
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Forklift certification or experience in operating material handling equipment
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Familiarity with palletizing techniques and standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment or similar role
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
- Must pass a background check and adhere to safety regulations
