As a Data Entry Clerk on the Operations team, you will work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and accurate experience for both our employees and our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a law firm setting who thrive in fast-paced work environments.

• Accept new service requests from clients, set them up in our system, and transfer the request to the dispatch team.
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and feedback via email and phone to deliver quality service.
• Work closely with operations, dispatch, and other departments to maintain efficient workflows and meet deadlines.
• Stay current with evolving legal procedures and process changes, adapting quickly to new technologies and methods.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional work experience, preferably in legal, insurance, logistics, medical, or real estate operations.
• Accustomed to documenting your work as you go and communicating with a cross-functional audience.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects within stated deadlines.
• Experience with high volume workload.
• Must be able to be onsite in our downtown Minneapolis office 5 days/week.
• A full 8 hours of actual work time (excluding lunch breaks) is expected each workday.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20 per hour, plus overtime
