Custom Glass Products is hiring Production Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting the production of glass products.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
• Perform equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays.
• Safely handle materials and products using proper procedures and equipment.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
