What you'll be doing:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting activities
Track job costs, monitor project expenses, and coordinate vendor payments
Assist with payroll processing, time tracking, and compliance documentation
Oversee daily office operations, file management, and administrative coordination

What you bring:

Experience in office management with a strong emphasis on accounting (construction experience preferred)
Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting fundamentals
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
