Civil Project EngineerSalary: $90,000-$120,000 + bonus potential, benefits, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursementA growing engineering group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support site/civil design for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical design and occasional field work in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Produce and update site plans, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.Design and analyze grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control components.Review maps, surveys, soil data, and aerial imagery to support design decisions.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permitting requirements.Participate in field investigations and site visits as needed.Support junior staff and contribute to project coordination.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.5–8 years of experience in site/civil design.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.FE/EIT required; PE preferred.Work Environment:Office-focused role with approximately 25% outdoor fieldwork.Ability to navigate uneven terrain and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.Standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional extended hours.Benefits:Health, dental, visionPTO and paid holidaysTuition reimbursement & professional development supportRetirement planBonus eligibility + mileage reimbursementAt Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
