Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

SCHEDULE
Two shifts available:
- Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm
- Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Weeks: 13
Guaranteed Hours: Normal

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg or Tele experience
- Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing care to patients meeting Med/Surg level of care.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg or Tele experience to be considered.
