Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele in Cleveland, Ohio. Travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,958 to $2,053. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for Med/Surg patients requiring Med/Surg or Tele level of care
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine procedures per protocol
- Conduct ongoing assessments, document in the medical record, and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support care planning and coordination
- Ensure patient safety, perform routine nursing tasks, wound care, and discharge planning education
- Respond to patient status changes and participate in code/rapid response protocols as required

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Tele nursing experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating day/night schedules
- Education: active RN credential; BSN preferred
- Eligibility for travel assignments and ability to practice in a Med/Surg/Tele setting
