The CNA Weekend Incentive Program at Luther Acres is designed to compensate a nursing team member for committing to a rigorous regular weekend work schedule by paying a significant incentive rate of $32.00 per hour. The program requires the individual to commit to two, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours biweekly. This position will be regularly scheduled on weekends for a 12-hour shift. position with current availability for 7a-7p and 7p-7a. This position has no‑on call responsibilities or expectations. WHAT YOU DO:

As a CNA at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well‑being. You’ll do this in several ways, including: Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician. Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team. Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents. Taking care of residents’ day‑to‑day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation. GED or High School Diploma.
