Key Position Details: Hybrid - Rounding and OR work 1.0 position / 40 hours per week 10-hour days Inpatient and outpatient position Includes weekend rotation, approximately 1 weekend per month OR call expectations EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation Job Description: Principle Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive patient assessments. Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness. Orders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physician. Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment. At least one year of experience post Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training preferred. Cardiology experience preferred. Certification as a Physician Assistant - NCCPA -National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required or Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) - American Nurse Credentialing Center or (AANP) American Association for Nurse Practitioners required upon hire. Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP candidates) Active MN NP/PA license (or ability to obtain). BLS certification required with in 180 days of hire. Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI). Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges.

Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
