Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Location: Stockbridge, GA (Preferred) | Hybrid Opportunity Available Launch Your Accounting Career With Us We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong accounting foundation while gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations. What You'll Be Doing Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions Assist with month-end close activities Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Review and code invoices and expenses Assist with financial reporting and analysis Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives Collaborate with finance and operational teams on special projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 0–2 years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of basic accounting principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Internship or entry-level accounting experience Desire to pursue CPA certification Experience with accounting software or ERP systems Exposure to multi-entity accounting environments is a plus Why Join Us?
