Role Overview

The PV Personalization & Discovery Growth team is seeking a Software Development Engineer to build scalable marketing technology systems that power paid media campaigns. In this role, your solutions will directly impact customer acquisition, content discovery, and subscriber growth at a global scale. You will work on the full campaign lifecycle, from AI-powered automation to real-time measurement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automation for campaign creation and scheduling using agentic frameworks and LLMs.
• Develop integrations with ad-tech platforms for campaign activation and delivery.
• Design data pipelines for real-time measurement and attribution.
• Construct campaign management tools and workflows for optimization and iteration.
• Develop multi-agent systems and AI co-pilots that accelerate the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists on ML-powered features, including audience optimization and incrementality measurement.
• Build monitoring and alerting infrastructure to ensure high availability of marketing operations.
• Contribute to system design and code reviews to elevate engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

Experience: Applicants must have at least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2 years of design or architecture experience with new and existing systems, and 2 years of experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Spark, or Hadoop.

Technical Skills: Proficiency is required in Java, Python, AWS services (including Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR), distributed systems, and data pipeline development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native systems development and agentic frameworks (using Bedrock).
• Familiarity with ad-tech platforms and campaign management systems.
• Experience with AWS Clean Rooms and TypeScript.
