Quick Facts Location: Hawthorne, CA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active and unrestricted CA Medical License, BE/BC in Pediatrics, BLS, ACLS, DEA Experience: Prior outpatient pediatrics experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay: $110.00 - $115.00 per hour Benefits: Competitive salary, CME paid time off and stipend, malpractice coverage, excellent benefits package, federal and state loan repayment options, NHSC scholar site approval What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary pediatric care in a busy outpatient clinic setting Manage a patient panel of 20-22 children daily Conduct examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care Educate families on health management and preventative measures Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols What You Need Active and unrestricted California Medical License Board Eligible or Certified in Pediatrics BLS and ACLS certifications DEA registration Prior outpatient pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with suitable residency training considered About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality pediatric care in Hawthorne, CA.
